Alhamdulellah (Praise to ALLAH) they were able to save my Alienware PC from a persistent non turning up monitor.
I have called Dell services who advised to just buy a new monitor as they do not offer replace or repair if it came out of warranty. A 2500$ monitor, the curved 38 gaming monitor.
Tried another shop who advised the same.
Till I came to Computerist IT Solutions, Magdy has been so helpful and genuinely wanted to help to diagnose the issue. He was able to find that the issue is not in the monitor, it is in the driver of the Nvidia GPU after he went through a detailed diagnosis to exclude all other reasons he knows.
I would recommend their services and surely will be back to them in any future PC issues inshaaALLAH (GOD’s will)
